Absolutely terrible experience at Little Caesars. When I arrived at the store, the employees told me that my order had been canceled, even though the app still showed the order as active and I still had a barcode to pick it up. The female employee was telling multiple people in the store that their orders had also been canceled. When I asked why, I was told it was because they “didn’t have time” and that they couldn’t even answer the phone. What made it even more frustrating was that neither of the two employees seemed to be helping customers or making pizzas while we were there. I asked when I would get my money back, and they told me it could take 5 days. Then, when the employee handed me the receipt, it showed that my order had been canceled at basically the exact same time I was standing there asking about it. She then expected me to pay again so she could remake the order. They kept saying they were “very busy,” but honestly, busy doing what? None of the customers who were there were receiving their food. Terrible organization, terrible communication, and absolutely no consideration for customers’ time. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I rarely order from here but seems like everytime that I do something is wrong. Ordered stuffed crazy crust pizza and got regular pepperoni. This location doesn’t know how to pay attention to order details l. On top of that pizza was cold.

Ordered for delivery. Everything burnt black. No sauces that were paid for. Called and spoke with manager Katelynn. (who was trying to not give me her name) No resolution or apology even. Said there was nothing she could do because we ordered online through their website? Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER encountered.

If you hate your job, quit. People pay their own money for this crap. This is absolutely pathetic. No cheese or butter on the crazy bread, reused old cheese crazy puffs and threw pepperoni on top to make them pepperoni. Ridiculous and shameful.

Really bad service at this location ! Last Friday my husband ordered pizza and they cancel and he had to call otherwise they would have kept our money ! Yet we are waiting for the balance to get back in our account! Today I was passing by and my son wants some crazy puffs and garlic bread, and this was how they served! We ordered a drink that we didn’t get either! The brunette girl, wearing glasses that works there had the audacity to say to me “You still will eat them” when I complained that one of the puffs were broken, as if it feel on the floor or something! We will never get back to this location and I will escalate this to BBB!
